All orders placed through our website are processed within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

We offer standard and express delivery options across India, including metro cities, towns, and remote areas. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within Maharashtra, including Pune and Mumbai, are delivered within 2 to 4 working days, while other regions in India usually receive orders within 4 to 7 working days. In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, logistics disruptions, or public holidays, we will inform you promptly to ensure transparency.

Kiddosphere partners with trusted national courier services to ensure that your products are handled with care during transit. All items are securely packed to prevent damage. If your package arrives with visible damage or signs of tampering, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation and arrange a replacement if necessary.

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders above a specified value, which will be mentioned during checkout. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders or orders below the minimum amount, standard shipping charges may apply. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as convenient and worry-free as possible.
