At Kiddosphere, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for every parent and child. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the item has been dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may be eligible for a return as per our Return Policy. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

For refunds, we process them only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, along with all packaging and tags intact, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or as store credit.

Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Kiddosphere error. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
